Introducing Mr & Mrs Yap
It has been some time since we updated our blog. It has been a busy month or so for us, and I think it will only get busier as we near our customary wedding.
Amidst getting our new home furnished, Pete and I got married on 10 May (coincidentally, it was Mother's Day too) with a simple ceremony, followed by a buffet lunch at a cosy lounge attended by our close friends and a few relatives at Hotel Rendezvous:
With the guys who have seen Pete and I starting out as a couple

We are family~

Love the natural lighting of the lounge

Presenting...Mr & Mrs Yap :)

Many thanks to Howard for our lovely photos :D
With our solemnisation over, we started to prepare for our wedding photo shoot which took place last Thursday. We scrambled at almost the last minute for our beachwear attire, but managed to find something suitable. Last Thursday came and went in a flash. By the time we finished our studio shots and stepped foot in our first outdoor location (Hort Park), we almost wanted to give up because of the heat (despite it being a cloudy day, with no clear blue skies). However, we pressed on and proceeded to Henderson Wave after, before setting off for our final location: Sentosa (not too exciting, we know).
Pete and I booked a room at the Siloso Beach Resort and we managed to take some photos within the resort as well, before hitting the beach. We wrapped up the shoot at about 7.30 in the evening, and boy were we bushed!
We did not take many photos with our own camera, hence, just some from the photo shoot to share, as well as some that we took at the resort :)
